Refund policy

We want you to love Beto’s Better Butter. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund. To get started, just contact us at info@betosbetterbutter.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience.

You don’t need to send the product back — we’re not able to resell returned food items.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us right away so we can replace it or issue a refund.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Gift cards and sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
