Welcome to Beto’s Butter ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (betosbutter.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these carefully before using our site.

1. Purchases & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@betosbutter.com within 30 days of delivery to request a refund. You do not need to return the product, as food items cannot be resold.

We offer both one-time purchases and recurring subscription orders. If you choose a subscription, your payment method will be automatically charged at the frequency and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for that cycle.

We currently only ship within the United States.
Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice, including for subscription orders; we will provide notice of any price change to active subscribers before it takes effect.

2. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing is available to approved retailers. To apply, please submit an inquiry using the form on our Wholesale page. Wholesale terms, including order minimums, may change from time to time.

3. Allergy & Health Disclaimer

Our nut butters are made with real ingredients and may contain allergens such as tree nuts. All products are produced in a facility that also processes other nuts and allergens. Please review ingredient labels carefully before consuming. We are not liable for allergic reactions or individual sensitivities.

4. Email Communications

When you sign up for our email list, you may receive both marketing messages and order updates. We use trusted third-party providers (like Shopify and Klaviyo) to deliver these emails, but we never sell your personal information to outside companies. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the email footer.

5. Prohibited Uses

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Resell our products without written permission.

• Copy, scrape, or misuse our content, images, or branding.

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity related to our website.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our site if any prohibited activities occur.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on betosbutter.com, including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding, is proprietary to Beto’s Butter.

Press and bloggers may use our images with credit, but we reserve the right to request removal if necessary.

7. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your use of our website or products will be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Seattle, Washington. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding, and each party will bear their own arbitration costs.

By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial or participating in a class action lawsuit.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific health benefits.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
